- To fulfil your order
- Payment and bank account details can be sourced from wholesale customers
- Consumers provide credit card details to complete orders. This information is not seen or stored by Waterlyn.
- Wholesale customers can provide credit card details to settle accounts.
- If you contact us, we may also keep a record of that correspondence;
- Other information to help us provide you with improved services

Disclosure of personal information
Personal information could be disclosed to a third party in the following ways;
- If a wholesale account is in gross arrears and our Debt Collection Agent was engaged.
- Waterlyn uses software applications “Mailchimp” (U.S.) and “Shopify” (Canada) to execute marketing communication and on-line orders respectively.
