As a specialty online store we can devote all our resources to ensuring the best service for you. Your order will be responded to within the shortest possible time, usually the same day. Packing and dispatch are done both quickly and with care so that on delivery you can begin to do what you do best because we have done what we do.
Our minimum order value of wholesale order is $150. Consumers can buy direct at retail prices for orders of a lesser value if needs be.
All the prices on our website are quoted including GST. A nominal shipping charge will be added to your order after you checkout so you can review our shipping prices and confirm your order.
When you order through our website you will not be required to make payment straight away. We will confirm the details of your order and then contact you, usually via email, to organise payment.
What happens when I order from Waterlyn?
Before you can buy from us at wholesale prices you need to register your details with us to create an account. Once you have registered you will be able to return to our site and login any time. Click HERE to register
To create a shopping basket, find the product you want to add to your basket, click on add to Cart.
When you click on add to basket while logged in, the minimum quantity of 6 cards is added to your basket. If you would like to add more just increase the quantity, this must be in multiples of 6.
Before you check out, you can view Cart and either modify it or proceed to click on Checkout.
Check your address details, your choice of payment method, and then confirm your order.
Once we receive your order we will confirm that all the products are available and add our shipping cost. A confirmation email will be returned to you.
Sometimes products you have ordered are not available for immediate delivery. When this arises a member of our team will contact you to discuss whether you want to remove the unavailable product from your order, wait for all of your order to be available, or split your order and receive the available products now and the unavailable products when they become available.
Once we have confirmed your order and received payment we will organise for your order to be shipped. Delivery time is normally 1 to 4 days. We will always endeavour to deliver your order as quickly as we can. Sometimes problems will arise and this process will take longer. In this case you will be advised as to the status of your order. All orders must include a valid postal address. If there are special delivery instructions you can notify us when we contact you for payment.
